The Uptown Class A+ office tower covers a 3.1 acre site and houses 530,000 square feet of office space, retail, dining, and parking garage spaces. This site is positioned on the highly traversed McKinney Avenue and near the Ritz Carlton, Dallas. This high profile development was designed by Cesar Pelli and attracts the Uptown pedestrian-centric culture. FocusEGD reflected the building finishes of the interior and exterior architecture by implementing a stylish design to compliment the overall building. In the garage, a simple color scheme was adopted to address wayfinding needs as different visitors and patrons utilize the tower’s amenities.
