Las Colinas Urban Center

Las Colinas is a destination within the City of Irving, Texas boasting commerce, leisure, and culture in one of the Dallas/Fort Worth mid-cities. Beginning in 2013, Las Colinas embarked on a study to understand how to zone and brand the various districts within the destination. The resulting branding and experiential graphics program divides the destination into 5 districts named after both the history of Las Colinas’ founders and physical characteristics.

Iconography and color are key to the wayfinding approach while ensuring compliance with TXDOT guidelines for vehicular signage.
