University of Connecticut Health Center

After receiving our 186-page wayfinding assessment, the University of Connecticut (UConn) Health Center implemented a significant amount of our recommendations including the development of a new signage standards manual. The challenge involved balancing the needs of academic, research and healthcare users. The result is a flexible system that’s changeable and serviceable in house. Thoughtful and resourceful solutions allowed the existing exterior signage to be renovated with headers and footers to create a new look while expressing the wayfinding districting plan recommendation.
